What ISO should I shoot my expired film at?
Old film loses sensitivity, so it usually needs more light. Set the box speed and the year it expired, then pick the film type and how it was stored.

These are starting points, not guarantees. Expired film varies roll to roll, and storage history matters more than age. The "1 stop per decade" rule is common advice for color negative film; Emulsive argues well-stored film needs much less.
